Shipping Policy

Shipping, Delivery & Payment Policy

Orders may be placed online on the website of Kian Global Marketing Private Limited (Hereinafter referred to as “Company”) at: www.kgmpl.in. Products will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of confirmation of payment to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Payment

  • Orders placed at Office: Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Online Wallet Payments.
  • Online Orders: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS & Wallet Payments.

The shipments are handed over to the courier partner in perfect condition. By signing the delivery note, the recipient acknowledges that the order was received in good condition. In case of visible damage or product shortage, DO NOT SIGN.

Hidden damages discovered later must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with mandatory opening video proof. Failure to report within 24 hours will be considered acceptance of the shipment.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after Saturday 2:30 PM will be shipped on Monday. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days, depending on location. No deliveries on Sundays or major holidays.

Delivery of the Product

  • The risk of loss, damage or deterioration during transit remains with Kian Global Marketing Private Limited until delivery. A video proof is mandatory if cartons are damaged or if product damage is being claimed.
  • The shipping address and PIN code will be verified before an order is processed. If the location is not serviceable, the customer may provide an alternate address.
  • No guaranteed dispatch time is promised. Time is not the essence of the contract. Delivery will be made only after full and final payment is received.
  • If a customer refuses or neglects to accept delivery, they may be liable for losses. The company may evaluate the reason for non-acceptance, and the decision regarding re-delivery or refund will be final.
  • Title and rights to the products pass to the customer only after delivery and full payment. After delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for the product.
  • Before accepting delivery, customers must check that packaging is not damaged or tampered with.

Governing Law

Any dispute between the Customer/Direct Seller and Kian Global Marketing Private Limited shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the company under the provisions of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

All arbitration proceedings and legal jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the District Courts of Gurugram (Haryana). The arbitrator’s final decision shall be binding on both parties. Any breach by the Customer/Direct Seller may result in damages and legal cost liability.
