This Goods Return and Exchange Policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction in accordance with the Direct Selling Business Model of Kian Global Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange: Goods shall be eligible for return or exchange only if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied. All requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition of Goods: All goods requested for return or exchange must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, along with the original invoice, product labels, and any free or promotional items provided.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Goods: Perishable items, health supplements, personal care products, hygiene items, digital products, and goods purchased under special promotional or discount schemes are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in case of manufacturing defect.
4. Return and Exchange Procedure: The customer or Direct Seller must submit a formal request through the company’s authorized channels with complete order details and reason for return or exchange. The company reserves the right to inspect the goods before approval.
5. Action After Approval: Upon approval and receipt of the goods, the company may, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions:
A) Replacement of the product
B) Exchange with another product of equal value
C) Issuance of store credit
No cash refund shall be provided unless specifically approved by the company management.
6. Shipping and Handling Charges: Return or exchange shipping costs shall be borne by the customer or Direct Seller, unless the return is due to a verified company error or manufacturing defect.
7. Misuse of Policy: Any misuse of this policy, including false claims, tampering, or fraudulent activity, may result in rejection of the request and disciplinary action, including termination of distributorship or customer account.
8. Company Rights: Kian Global Marketing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice. The company’s decision in all matters related to return and exchange shall be final and binding.
9. Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the company operates.
